Location: the hotel was just next door to the pub as well as the restaurant.

Our room was not only stylish, but also large with bathroom, ventilation, comfortable bed. The location for Long Sutton was absolutely perfect, close to Palmers on Friday 14th Oct as well as the town centre.

Breakfast was missed.

The staff, particularly Harley and the breakfast waitress, were delightful and provided excellent service.

The dinner on our first night was excellent, with delicious dishes served in a lovely conservatory part of the restaurant. We also appreciated the large and attractive bedroom, which provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the friendly staff added to the positive experience.

There were some aspects that could be improved. The noise from the road and the chiming of the church clock made the room quite noisy, and keeping the window closed in response made the room hot.
